Chris recently joined Asante Africa as the Kenyan Scholarship Manager. He works with a project dedicated to supporting young people from poor communities’ access scholarships for their education with an aim of giving them the capacity to compete equally with their counterparts in the job markets.
Before Joining Asante Africa, Chris worked as a Program Coordinator for Education in an NGO funded by Italian Agency for Development (AICS) and also worked as an Acting Director and a part time lecturer. He has A Degree in Gender and Development studies from Kenyatta University and Training in Monitoring and Evaluation from AMREF University, A diploma in Information Technology from Kenya School of Professional Studies and a Certificate in Psychological Counselling. He has over 10 years working in the development field with a particular focus on young people. He endeavors to transform the world through little efforts put in daily.
