Esther Samwel is a development planning expert who acquired extensive knowledge in Rural Development and planning at Bachelor degree level, Sokoine University of Agriculture.
She has 4 years’ experience of working with different Non-government organizations and currently she is working at Asante Africa Foundation as the Scholarship program coordinator.
