RONNET NATUMANYA

Ronnet is a teacher and an entrepreneur, who is engaged in agriculture, especially cattle rearing.  She loves nature and because of that, she founded ‘save nature’ a group of youth in her community whose aim is to sensitize the community about the importance of nature, especially swamps and forests to guard against drought.

In early 2021, Ronnet completed her Bachelor’s degree in Education (Kiswahili and History) from Makerere University, Uganda. Ronnet is also fluent in Runyakitara, English and Kiswahili.

Ronnet feels that as an educated person,it is her duty to transform her community. It’s on this point that she looks forward to starting entrepreneurship groups in her community aiming at eradicating poverty and also giving hope to the illiterate.
