Asante Africa Partners with S4YE (Solutions for Youth Employment)
We are pleased to announce that Asante Africa Foundation has been selected to be among the thirty-two new projects from across the world joining the existing partners in the S4YE (Solutions For Youth Employment) impact portfolio and the external Community of Practice (CoP) this year. S4YE is a multi-stakeholder coalition among public sector, private sector, civil society actors, government officials, foundations, think tanks, and young people that aims to provide leadership and resources for catalytic action in order to increase the number of young people engaged in productive work.
Being among the fifteen projects from Africa means that the organization now has access to a greater global platform that seeks to accelerate innovation and build a robust evidence base to improve the future of youth employment. This new opportunity will help foster new connections with other public sector organizations, private sector companies, individuals, and networks that are involved in tackling youth unemployment and job creation.
With SY4E, we will have support in our Girls’ Advancement Program (GAP) and Leadership and Entrepreneurship Incubator (LEI) Program by enabling innovative solutions at scale through practical research and active engagement with public and private stakeholders. The coalition will also help identify solutions for youth employment with an evidence-based advocacy platform to increase access to productive work for young people.
We are happy to be among so many other great organizations and look forward to future collaborations!
