Volunteering to Create Awareness, Kenya

“Seeing the alarming rate at which the COVID-19 infection is spreading, l decided to volunteer with the Kenya Red Cross and help in their efforts to sensitize people on measures to curb the spread of the virus. We have managed to visit several market places, health facilities, and homes. We have also reached out to those affected by hunger and floods. With little support from the government and other agencies, we have been able to support the victims that we come across in our daily fieldwork.” Vivian
