Sharing Inspiration and knowledge, Tanzania

Japhet participated in Asante Africa’s 2020 LEI Virtual Summit in December. In order to bring hope to the younger kids in his community, Japhet decided to impart some of the training that he received at the Summit. On December 30th, he organized a training session in Igunga Tabora for Form Four leavers. The training session touched on topics such as Entrepreneurial skills, life skills, and personal branding techniques. Japhet also invited some of his friends from advanced Secondary Education to visit the sessions and inspire the young graduates. These sessions served as a forum for knowledge sharing and transfer and as motivational space for the younger students. Japhet’s pay it forward project ended a difficult year on a positive and upbeat note.
